There are a few private gun owners left in England. What they have to endure shows once again why Americans are no longer British.
For 100 years, the federal government has usurped powers not delegated to it in our Constitution.
Or should we “modernize” the Constitution by delegating to the federal government the powers it has usurped – so as to legalize what is now unconstitutional?
Several months ago two Austrian teens became famous when they fled their homes for ISIS controlled territory in Syria. Samra Kesinovic, 17, and Sabina Selimovic, 15, would reportedly love the chance to return home to Austria, but are apparently unsure if they would now be welcome.
The girls fled Austria at the urging of messages preached at their local mosque. Clerics there told the girls that the only way to know peace was to go to Syria and be a part of something greater – a holy war. Around the same time the girls became more vocal in school about their lifestyle and about their belief that jihad was a just and right response to the non-Muslim world
“The only foundation for a useful education in a republic is to be laid in religion. Without this there can be no virtue, and without virtue there can be no liberty, and liberty is the object and life of all republican governments.” ~ Benjamin Rush
According to 10th Amendment to the Constitution, the federal government has no business encroaching upon the education of children – and for good reason. Why States Must Nullify Unconstitutional Acts of Congress: Instructions from Hamilton, Madison, & JeffersonPosted: October 11, 2014
During August 2010, the People of The State of Missouri approved Proposition C and nullified key parts of “Obamacare.” As a matter of constitutional principle, may the People of the States lawfully do this? Or must they submit to every law made by Congress whether it is constitutional or not? Are federal judges the final authority?
I will prove that the States have the Right and the Duty to nullify unconstitutional acts of Congress. The only real question is whether Americans have the Will to reclaim our Constitutional Republic & the Rule of Law, or whether they will submit to the rulership of men who “don’t care” what the Constitution says, and who see Obamacare as a way “to control the people”.
Gun confiscation. Federal agents randomly searching citizens. Government questioning citizens about what they think or believe.
Much of what critics of a big federal government have been fearing for years appears to be happening now. Sometimes openly, sometimes behind clandestine strategies
